News: New HR Strategy

Following the corporate slogan «Open Space for Innovations» and re-orientation on product development business-model, Program-Ace made public its new strategy in dealing with human resources.

Main changes will include:

• introduction of project-related vacancies (which gives developers a possibility to chose the most interesting field or product for further personal and professional growth);
• allocation of several R&D labs, completely dedicated to the development of company's key technologies.
