If you experience any graphical or sound problems, please install the recommended video and audio drivers for your video and sound cards. Here's a list of links to the most popular manufacturers:

If after installation of the drivers the problem didn’t disappear, please send the letter with the description of the problem to . Please specify “Demo Troubleshooting” subject in your e-mail. For detailed analysis of the problem please also attach the file with the description of your system configuration.

To receive the necessary configuration information, please follow the steps below:

• Go to the START menu at the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select RUN, type DXDIAG and press RETURN button
• You will see a program come up with the specs of your PC
• Click SAVE ALL INFORMATION button and save the file, Dxdiag.txt, to your hard disc.
